Qasim came very highly recommended from a fellow squash player who told me that he was the best sports physio out there and like myself, had been to a few other physios who were very good at taking money but not offering the high quality physio and advice as Qasim.Absolutely superb service from a very highly experienced physiotherapist who will talk you through root cause of the problem and recommended treatment. I came to Qasim after having shoulder issues for quite some time. I had seen other physios and therapists, but still had no success with rehabbing my injury.Can’t recommend optimum physio enough, I was referred for a scan and the problem was identified immediately, I have been suffering with a partial rotator cuff tear, and then I had six weeks of rehab sessions which completely resolved my issue. Through a combination of massage, strengthening exercises, acupuncture my shoulder is now better than ever allow me to get back to my training capacity. Qasim also gave me an extensive program to follow at home and alongside his treatment which was also really beneficial and not only did it. We have my injury, but taught me a lot in regards to injury prevention and maintenance in the future.Highly recommended, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been suffering from knee issues since 2018.I have seen physios,I have tried different massages such as sport massage,deep tissue massage and cupping therapy and it would help with the pain but only for a short amount of time until the pain came back again when in 2022 I was diagnosed with chondromalacia patella.Then last year I changed my nutrition as my nutritionist told me I was eating a couple of foods which can cause inflammation to the body so then when I changed my diet to eating organic food I noticed a change after a month and I was pain free until come mid February this year I started getting bad pain in my right knee again where I was struggling to walk up and down the stairs and sometimes when I when I.m walking or when I.m standing still for long period pain will come back When i first came to see Qasim for my consultation he assessed me and had a look at my knee and told me I got patella tendonitis and that my muscle was very weak around my quad areas and knee areas which is the cause of the pain.He gave me various exercises to do to help strengthen around those areas and I also received treatment such as accupuncture and massage to help with the pain.So far I have had 4 treatments done and with the exercises he has given me to do on a daily basis I have seen a significant improvement in terms of pain as the pain is a lot less than what it was before I started my treatment.In terms of strength my strength as improved also in certain exercises and movement and feel i can climb up and down the stairs without feeling the stiffness and the pain.I would definately recommend Qasim as I would say he is one of the best physio I have ever had out of all the physios i have had in the past.He is amazing knowledgeable,professional,friendly and he will guide you in the right direction.If you have any worries or concerns he will help to build up your confidence,talk to you,give you advice and at the same time make you feel comfortable.

I was with elbow bursitis and back issues for several months. Qasim assessed the pain and provided acupuncture, deep tissue massage and stretching, which has helped alleviate the pain.
