An excellent experience all round! I am delighted to have found Qasim and relieved to be making progress. I presented with a long term injury of 2 years duration as well as a newer injury of ~3 months duration. Qasim has been thorough, totally professional, approachable, reassuring and encouraging. He answers questions and explains clearly. He is prepared to be flexible and alter the rehab programme according to my individual requirements at each appointment. I have had massage/deep tissue release and dry needling. The key is the progressive rehab plan after a detailed history and assessment. I only wish I had found him sooner!Posted on Google![]()

Qasim is an absolute expert. I came to him with lower back pain, and his therapy sessions completely turned things around. My pain is under control and feeling so much better. Highly recommended!Posted on Google![]()

I honestly cannot recommend Qasim enough. I came to him after injuring my lower back during intense gym training. At its worst I was struggling to bend or move properly without pain and stiffness, and it was really affecting my day-to-day activities. Qasim was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, using a combination of hands-on treatment, massage, acupuncture and a personalised rehabilitation programme. He also gave me clear guidance on safely returning to the gym and rebuilding my strength. The improvement has been significant and much quicker than I expected. My pain, stiffness and mobility have improved massively, and I genuinely don’t think I would have recovered this quickly without his expertise. Professional, reassuring and clearly very skilled at what he does. I would 100% recommend Qasim for treatment!Posted on Google![]()

Qasim at Optimum Physio has completely relieved my back pain. He assessed me correctly, found the root cause, and gave me tailored stretches to do at home. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using him again.Posted on Google![]()
