I was with elbow bursitis and back issues for several months. Qasim assessed the pain and provided acupuncture, deep tissue massage and stretching, which has helped alleviate the pain. He has shared various exercises to help prevent future reoccurrences.

Been using optimum physio for several years now, for both general maintenance work and for specific injuries. Service has been excellent always, good availability for appointments. Great service and very knowledgeable physio. I had shoulder pain for over a year and after only 3 sessions I'm pain free with loads more mobility.
