I contacted Optimum to find out if they could help me with my severe pain in my right hand lower back, I was after a cortisone injection in my intercostal muscle. They said they didn’t do that procedure but would speak to one of their partners. I had a call a few days later with an appointment for the same day. I had the ultrasound guided injection with a fantastic gentleman who explained everything to me and hopefully it’s going to work ok. I can’t thank Optimum Physio enough for their dedication to getting me out of pain. I would definitely recommend using them. They go the extra mile. Keep up the fantastic work. Thanks Steve
